Medium Degree Specialist Technician in 2005 and Specialized Higher Graduate in 2010.
He has supervised 3 final master’s projects in recent years. Professor of the courses «Metagenomics and genomics of rhizobacteria» belonging to the official Master of «Biotechnology» and «Biology and Molecular Ecology of bacteria of agroforestry interest” belonging to the official Master of “Genetics and Evolution», both from the University of Granada, where we introduce students to the use of various computer tools for the analysis of metagenomic sequences obtained by Illumina massive sequencing. Professor of the BioLink Cost Action Training School «Soil Biodiversity in Tree Crops» held at the CIHEAM-IAMB in Bari, Italy, in September 2017. Currently his work is directed to the study of the metagenome and the metranscriptome of various forest and agricultural ecosystems associated with the roots of plants of agroforestry interest (quercines, olive trees, pine, …).
