{"id":906,"date":"2023-03-15T11:41:55","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T11:41:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupos.eez.csic.es\/molecolab\/?p=906"},"modified":"2023-03-15T11:42:37","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T11:42:37","slug":"primera-reunion-de-la-red-de-colaboracion-constituida-por-la-universidad-de-liverpool-la-estacion-experimental-del-zaidin-y-el-irnasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupos.eez.csic.es\/molecolab\/primera-reunion-de-la-red-de-colaboracion-constituida-por-la-universidad-de-liverpool-la-estacion-experimental-del-zaidin-y-el-irnasa\/","title":{"rendered":"PRIMERA REUNI\u00d3N DE LA RED DE COLABORACI\u00d3N CONSTITUIDA POR LA UNIVERSIDAD DE LIVERPOOL, LA EEZ Y EL IRNASA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Del 6 al 10 de marzo se ha celebrado en Granada la primera reuni\u00f3n de la red de colaboraci\u00f3n&nbsp;<em>Towards identifying common patterns of microbe-induced plant resistance against insect pests<\/em>&nbsp;-Hacia la identificaci\u00f3n de patrones comunes de resistencia vegetal inducida por microbios contra plagas de insectos- constituida por la Universidad de Liverpool (Reino Unido), la Estaci\u00f3n Experimental del Zaid\u00edn (EEZ-CSIC) y el Instituto de Recursos Naturales y Agrobiolog\u00eda de Salamanca (IRNASA-CSIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto de colaboraci\u00f3n, financiado por el&nbsp;<em>Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council<\/em>&nbsp;de Reino Unido, tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro a\u00f1os (2022-2026) y buscar\u00e1 sintetizar e integrar entre los socios los datos \u00f3micos disponibles (tanto a nivel transcript\u00f3mico como metabol\u00f3mico) para probar la hip\u00f3tesis de que las plantas comparten patrones mec\u00e1nicos comunes de resistencia frente a plagas de insectos inducida por microbios (MIR), a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples cultivos, microbios y plagas de insectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello est\u00e1 prevista la realizaci\u00f3n de diferentes reuniones de la red y el intercambio de personal investigador entre las distintas instituciones participantes a lo largo del proyecto, que cuenta con la Dra. Sharon Zytynska (University of Liverpool), la Dra. Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Pozo (EEZ-CSIC) y la Dra.
